The NJ Bracelet’s Story

Our company began with the idea of designing and selling beautiful little girl beaded bracelets. Amy has had the privilege of staying home with her children since the birth of her daughter five years ago. Around her daughter’s first birthday, she began to make beaded bracelets for her – to match every outfit, of course, and decided that perhaps she could start a small business selling these. After all, what was better than having a hobby bring in a little extra income?!

A few years ago, Amy (who enjoys reading and studying Biblical prophecy) was sitting in her room listening to the program Turning Point with Dr. David Jeremiah on her radio as had been her custom for the last couple of months. She enjoyed his program very much – but even more so since he had been delivering the series Escape the Coming Night – a study on the book of Revelation. For Amy, it didn’t get a whole lot better than that!

When Dr. Jeremiah began telling about the New Jerusalem and mentioning the colors of the foundation of the wall, Amy wondered if Swarovski made beads in all of the colors he was mentioning? Well, that thought slowly grew into a passion. Amy began to sense that the Lord was impressing upon her heart to make a “New Jerusalem” bracelet. She began praying very earnestly about this, seeking the Lord’s will. As she studied and prayed more and more about this, the idea for this bracelet finally came to fruition and it was completed. Now Amy had to figure out how to incorporate a “Scripture-based” design in with her little girl designs… did you know that the original name for this company was Adornable Baby?

We have gone through a few metamorphoses – from little girl bracelets – to the combination of those with Scripture inspired designs… to now, just offering the New Jerusalem bracelet. It all boiled down to this simple design – backed by one of the most profound message the world has ever heard… God loves and desires to dwell with his people!
